1. How can I book a tour?

When you selected your favorite individual tour or tour package it is enough to click on the button and you will send the request and then we will contact you within 24 hours.

2. Do I need a visa for this tour?

It depends on your passport. As a Tour De Baku Team, we can help you to obtain a visa or process it from our side. Don’t hesitate to ask us regarding your visa.

3. What currency are your prices in?

The currency displayed for a tour is based on USD.

The customer gets a confirmation from us and you will be contacted in 24 hours.

Payment Details
The customer gets a confirmation from us and you will be contacted in 24 hours. Initially, we charge you a deposit of 20 – 30% of payment, in case of hotel booking and the rest of the payment is mandatory to be paid on arrival after the end of the first day of services.
In the case of non-booking of the hotel, we don’t charge you for a deposit, and only after your arrival gets full payment at the end of the first tour day.
Payment should be sent via Bank transfer via a link which we will send from our side and deducted from the total amount of your tour package. It is required only in the case of hotel booking as a deposit (20 – 30%).

6. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations and Refunds

The customer gets a confirmation from us and you will be contacted within 24 hours.
Tour De Baku collects a full payment on the first day of the service and in case of booking a hotel we charge you a deposit of 20 – 30% from the full payment in advance.
Cancellation can happen if the customer is not happy with offered services and the cancellation policy for the services with no penalties before 24 hours of the next day’s tour.
In case of Hotel cancellation, should be negotiated with the company and usually needs 24 – 72 hours to cancel without any penalties.
In some Hiking tours or other tour programs’ specific cancellation policies and we will tell you according to the program during the negotiation part.

7. Can I customize this tour?

Sure, you can customize it to your needs, and we can make changes to the itinerary according to your interests.

8. Is it a private or group tour?

This is a private tour package, and all the tours here are private tours.

9. Where will be the pick-up point for the tours?

During the tour days you will be picked up from the hotel and at the end of the tour dropped off there.
